Graepel continues innovation with the launch of new textured surfaces.

Graepel Perforators and Weavers Ltd have been investing in new tooling and design since the arrival of the new perforating machines at the beginning of 2009.

Graepel has over 50 years experience in the perforating and woven wire industry.

Graepel has been developing numerous new pressed surfaces and the latest two include “Round Dimple” (closed surface) and “Flower” (raised open-hole surface). These surfaces are available on sheet sizes up to 3 metres x 1.5 metres. Blank areas or shapes can be facilitated as per customer’s requirements. The textured surfaces can have a variety of uses, but they are primarily used as flooring and steps.

The round dimple surface is suitable for walking on indoors and the raised open-hole surface provides drainage and grip for external use in wet or oily conditions. A variety of other raised and textured patterns can be supplied in mild steel, galvanised steel, stainless steel and aluminium.

Fred Graepel, Managing Director, “Our new investments and commitments to our customers provide even more choice and help service the ever increasing demands of the trade. The two new surfaces “Round Dimple” and “Flower” add nicely to our range. They provide good walking surfaces and options are available for most environments.”
